Watched the original...

great rework! I'd love to see a full episode of animation this detailed :P

Wow!

Very very polished animation.... Lyrics were some what confused but funny... And Rincewind and Tim at the end... yay!

Some smart, aove par ideas

Just not executed well. It didn't all flow, the animation was inconsistent and confused, and the more detailed 'stories' were a bit drawn out and pointless, with no real comic time. The voice acting was good though

It's good

Entertaining, funny at the right bits, and great voice acting. However it was predictable, I knew he was going to digress into anger from the start, and worked out the end halfway though. Also, I am you wanted to put something together quickly, though more than one perspective or 'camera angle' would have added interested, and some acknowledgement of the audience he was 'addressing'. Othersise, awesome.

Was that... an advert?

The animation and feel of it was perfect. However, that was either an advert or a some what overdrawn look at the disadvantages of certain types of internet....or had some subtext I didn't quite get.

Uh-huh

Probabely requires more repeated viewing for me to fully 'get'.

Elitest Snobbery, or accute sarcasm

Finding it hard to tell.... But i can't complain about the animation. If it was sarcasm it should have been balance out more by subtle references to the counter arguement

Good idea, good point

Nice animation... but I'd like to set out a few arguements.
I thibnk you've been purposely ambiguous, though I think you do lean towards science on this one. But simply consider the fact that humanity itself (not the robot probes for a post apocalyptic world...) establishes itself on beleives of conjecture and faith... no society has ever been fully without it. To say that such ideas are eventually to bring our doom is to deny not just religion but humanities divisive nature. What about the arguement that religion is not the sole bringer of destruction, but instead an innate qualty of man- an extension of the need fo collectivety and division- objectivity in a world that's on a larger scale extremely subjective (borders etc). Not only that, but it generates reason, whilst science bizarrely does not in the same fashion- still however having the status of merely a human contraption for understanding the world. Sicene would state randomness, as you clearly point out in the video- but then to what avail do these units probe a meaningless wasteland? Maybe that's exactely the point you were making. I myself am barely agnostic, but I respect beleif because to take that out of the HUMAN equation is to deny our ancestry, our creativety... and possibly hope.

Used to have dreams like this all the time

I remember the pokemon ones... they rocked.... I still dream like im in a game every so often but these days it's usually in 3D visuals....

AWESOME

Nice piece of experimental flash. Doesn't resort to annoying (newgrounds) cliches.
